Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional one to two days. U.S. Territories and APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses We directly ship to APO/FPO U.S. military addresses and U.S. Territories.
International orders
FlexFlo LLC offers international shipping worldwide. Please be advised shipping to a destination that requires a customs declaration will result in your packing slip identifying the package contents to be included on the customs label.
Note: Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from flexflo.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. flexflo.com reserves the right to send packages with signature confirmation in cases where we believe a signature receipt is appropriate for the safe delivery of your order.
Missing Items or Lost Packages
Missing items or lost packages MUST be reported to FlexFlo LLC within 15 days of expected delivery date. If we are not notified within 15 days from shipping that a package has not been received, we will not be able to process a claim. If we are unable to file a claim, we cannot send a replacement order or credit you for the missing package. Please provide a picture of the contents and the box it came in and email it to info@dashsupplements.com. Any missing/damaged item reported outside of the 15 day window will not be eligible for replacement.

Process Your Order Prior to Mailing Money Order
Complete mailing ONLY after you have submitted your order successfully and you have generated a receipt if purchasing online.
Mail Money Order AT LEAST with a Certificate of Mailing
We recommend that you send it by USPS registered mail so that you can receive a proof of delivery. Please note that the loss or replacement of your mailing will be your responsibility UNTIL it is delivered to "FlexFlo LLC" successfully.
Include Your e-Mail Address and Order Number with the Mail
Be sure to include your order number, phone number, and e-mail address in your mail so that we can match with our records and notify you immediately.
When Will My Order Ship?
Your order will ship immediately after the money order has been received and cleared our bank. We process your payment quickly and the same day of the receipt and the processing by our bank usually takes 2 days. However, it can take longer depending on your the bank your checks is issued on and the rules banks use to release funds based on its clearing schedule.

Check on the delivery status of your package, please go to Track and Confirm at http://www.usps.com.
Returns
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You must return any item shipped by flexflo.com for a full credit or refund of the product price, keeping the following in mind:
- FlexFlo LLC does not make refunds for any opened containers or bottles.
- Item must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
- You must return the item to us within 15 days of receipt of purchase.
- If you open a container(s) or bottle(s) that exist in a cleanse, regimen or kit, there will be NO refund for that cleanse, regimen or kit. NO EXCEPTIONS
We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). In other cases, a return postage fee will apply.
We do not provide return labels for products being returned. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
If your return is not the result of our error, your *true postage fee will apply. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 15 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
*true postage fee, in many case FlexFlo LLC will share in your postage cost therefor if you decide to return a product(s) we will charge you for the full cost of shipping.
HOW DO I RETURN MY FLEXFLO LLC ORDER?
Download a return slip
Start your online return by clicking the button below and following the on-screen prompts. After you set up your return, you'll receive a return slip that should be placed inside the box to speed up your refund process. Since return shipping is on the customer, you can ship the product back using whatever carrier you prefer. Please note it is best to request a tracking # as proof we received the package. We are not responsible for missing or lost packages that have not made it back to our facility.
Return your order to the FlexFlo LLC store
Bring your packing slip or order number to the FlexFlo LLC store. After your return is received, we'll refund your original payment method. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Refused Shipments
If you decide to refuse any shipments from flexflo.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to flexflo.com. This amount will be subtracted from your refunded balance.
Additional Shipping Fees
Some products may include additional shipping fees due to the contents and shipping needs. It's easy to tell if an item requires additional shipping cost by adding the item to your cart.
